Solmaz Erdogdu

Managing Director

Solmaz loves people, works hard, and always tries to lift the spirits of those around her. She is a natural leader who shows commitment and hands-on involvement in leading the operations of community, financial and children’s services. She was promoted to Managing Director & Financial Controller in December 2017 and her role includes analysing revenue and expenditure, conducting financial investigations and auditing, and reporting on the financial health of the co-op.

Centre Manager and Community Development Worker

Sumathi loves learning and training in her professional field. As the Centre Manager, Sumathi’s role is to oversee the operations for all our children’s services including hiring and supervising staff and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children. As a Community Development Worker, Sumathi loves working with people from diverse backgrounds and she is very passionate about the services she provides. Her good heart ensures she can work closely with marginalised and vulnerable community members to create better opportunities.

Family Support Worker

Ebru is always positive and displays a can-do attitude at work. She has a wonderful relationship with clients and loves her job and the community. Ebru specialises in case working with a person-centred approach, and undertakes careful assessments to understand clients’ needs. She also attends regular training and meetings to continuously improve her professional standards.

Childcare Director

Amy directs the Ana Kindergarten and OOSH service, and she is an experienced and skilled manager with a proactive approach. She has great attention to detail and ensures our services meet all relevant laws and regulations. She is kind, helpful and her focus is on providing a safe, secure, respectful and happy environment for each child at our centres.

Nominated Supervisor

Tanya’s interest in childcare began in 2003 and she completed a Diploma of Children’s Services in the same year. Tanya has also completed a Bachelor of Teaching. From 2003 to 2017 she was an Authorised Nominated Supervisor/ECT and co-ordinator of additional needs, and she joined Ana Kindergarten in 2019. Tanya ensures that our service operates in compliance with laws, regulations and quality standards. Tanya is friendly, reliable and prides herself on developing outstanding relationships with parents, staff and children. She is an experienced early childhood teacher/nominated supervisor who values children as confident and involved learners.
